Certinvest Pensii Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Facultative SA (formerly known as APF Societate De Administrare A Fondurilor De Pensii Facultative SA) is a Romanian company headquartered in the city of Bucharest. The company operates on the Romanian market since May 2007 when it was established in order to manage Pensia Mea voluntary private pension fund, at that time, the company being a part of the Aviva international group, one of the largest insurers worldwide. In 2013 the company was integrated in the portfolio of the Metropolitan International group. And in April 2015 it became part of the Romanian financial group Certinvest when the group decided to expand its activity on the private pensions market, acquiring the Pensia Mea pension fund along with Certinvest Pensii SAFPP. At present, together with Certinvest Societate de Administrare a Investitiilor SA, the company is still part of the Certinvest group - Romanian financial group active in the areas of investment and private pension management, offering integrated financial solutions.
