Hirschmann Automotive is an auto parts manufacturing company in Austria. The company has three production facilities in Austria, Czech Republic and Romania. The factory in Romania is located in Chirileu, being the largest plant of the group. Hirschmann Romania was established in 2007 and manufactures wiring harnesses for parking sensors and battery cables for mirrors, automatic gearbox and engine. Hirschmann Romania production is exported in full, customers are car manufacturers Daimler and BMW.
