iNES is the largest independently owned telecommunications company in Bucharest with more than 6 million EUR revenues in 2009. iNES is one of the first Internet service providers in Romania, providing Internet access services since 1995. The current international traffic capacity is provided by Level3 (AS3356) and TeliaSonera (AS3301), optical fiber redundant connection on two access ways. In Romania iNES is interconnected with the most important ISPs via RoNix or direct peering, providing high speed, unmetered metropolitan traffic to its customers. iNES provides the services mainly in Bucharest where the offices are. For implementing national IP/VPN networks, iNES uses 3rd party data carriers.
