SC Raraul SA has a tradition of over 40 years in the dairy industry. It was known as the leading producer of milk powder in the country since 1961, also a leading manufacturer of cheeses recipes of the region, such as cheese, cheese and cheese. All these products were and are present in the market under the brand namesake rare. In 1994, Raraul became the first stock company privately owned domestic dairy industry in Romania. In 2008 the company was acquired rare Albalact for portfolio development especially cheese, butter and milk. Albalact currently holds 96.46% stake in the company's rare.
