Rolan Tex (formerly Firmelbo Botosani, Melana ex factory) is a company producing wool fiber and yarn in Romania. In February 1999, the manufacturer of cotton yarn Rifil Săvineşti FIRMELBO acquired a majority stake in Botosani. In December 2006, Rifil Săvineşti and increased its stake to 93.99% of the share FIRMELBO Botosani. In 2006, Rifil to Filivivi Italy sold the shares for $ 3.5 million, and passed Filivivi production on the newly established company Rolan Tex.
