Krasnoyarsk Hydro-Power Station AO, located in Divnogorsk, is a distribution and sales company in the electricity market. It purchases electricity from Regional Electric Networks AO and distributes and sells it to end consumers. The company was created according to the order of the Bukhara Regional State Committee for the Management of State Property and Entrepreneurship Support No. 86 dated July 23, 2003, to transform the subsidiary "Bukhara Electric Networks" into a Joint-Stock Company. The state's share in the company's charter capital is 51%, foreign investors hold a 45% share, and the workforce holds a 4% share. The company's assets include various electrical equipment such as air lines, cable lines, transformer points, and substations. It also consists of 12 energy supply structural enterprises, 8 operational services, a department for the implementation of electric power, and 17 departments.
