Prioskole AO (Russia)

Prioskole AO is a company located in Belgorod Oblast, Russia. It was incorporated in December 2003 after acquiring a bankrupt poultry farm in Novooskolsky District. By February 2004, the company had developed a development strategy based on the regional Poultry Development Program. Funding from the Central Chernozem Bank of Sberbank Russia began a month later. The company started construction of a hatchery with a capacity of 24 million eggs per year and a poultry slaughter and processing plant in the summer. They worked in three shifts, without holidays or weekends. After just five months, the hatchery was put into operation, and in November, the first batch of eggs was produced. In January 2005, the largest poultry slaughter and processing plant in Russia and Europe, with a capacity of 10.8 thousand heads per hour, marked the birth of the unique poultry complex "Prioskole". These two significant achievements marked the end of 2004 and the beginning of a successful future for the company, which inherited only the name from the old factory. Prioskole has become the largest supplier of high-quality and environmentally friendly poultry meat in the Russian market. The company values its responsibility towards its customers and ensures safety at all production levels through rigorous quality management. The company's products are certified according to the international food safety management standard ISO 22000:2005.
