OJSC "Zarechnaya" Mine" is the base enterprise of the LLC "Coal company "Zarechnaya" where the operating policy of the future holding has been developed. "Severnaya-Polysaevskaya" (later "Zarechnaya Mine" open joint stock company) is the first hydromine in the country. It was put into operation in August 1953, its full annual capacity being 150 tons of coal. Today "Zarechnaya" mine is one of the leading companies producing and cleaning coal in Russia. Annual production volume is more than 5 million tons of coal. Newly constructed preparatory plant "Sputnik" fitted up with modern equipment enabled the company to produce high quality coal and improved its marketing position. "Zarechnaya" mine became one of the five leading exporters in Russia in 2008. More than 90 % of ready product is exported. The coal produced by the company is in demand in 12 countries.
