Sinad Holding Company, formerly known as Aseer for Trading, Tourism, Industry, Agriculture, Real estate, and Contracting Company, is a Saudi Joint Stock Company. It was incorporated on November 11, 1975, in accordance with the Regulations for Companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company operates under Commercial Registration No. 5850000276, issued in Abha on January 5, 1977. On January 9, 2022, the shareholder's General Assembly approved changing the company's commercial name to "Sinad Holding." All legal procedures for the name change have been completed, and the new amended commercial registration and article of association have been issued. The company's headquarters has been relocated to Riyadh. Sinad Holding Company is listed in the Capital Market Authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company is 53.18% owned by a major shareholder, Dala Al Baraka Holding Company, and 46.82% owned by other shareholders. The company's main activities include managing its subsidiaries or participating in managing other companies in which it contributes and providing necessary support to them. It also invests in stocks and other securities, owns real estate and movables necessary for its operations, provides loans, guarantees, and financing to its subsidiaries, and owns industrial property rights such as patents, trademarks, and franchises, which it exploits and leases to its subsidiaries or others.
