On April 26, 2006, the shareholders in Al Sorayai Carpet Factory Company Limited resolved to merge Jeddah Industrial Yarn Factory Company Limited and Abdullah and Nasser Al Abdulaziz Al Sorayai Co. in the Company which are all commonly owned by the same shareholders. The headquarter of the company is located in Jeddah. The Company is mainly engaged in manufacturing carpets and rugs, carpet tiles floor covering and vinyl, and furniture fabrics. In addition, it also operates in the field of office and home furniture manufacturing, as well as in covering blankets from international manufacturers in Spain and Korea. The Company operates through its carpet and rugs manufacturing units, branches and showrooms across Saudi Arabia, and exporting its products to many countries such as the United States, China and Belgium.
