Slovenia-based Melamin d.d. Kocevje was established in 1954 under the name Kemicna tovarna Kocevje. It was privatized in 1996 and was renamed to Melamin d.d. Kočevje.
The company operates in the paper industry, the paint and lacquer industry and the rubber industry, as well as in wood processing and furniture production, civil engineering and footwear manufacturing.
The product range of Melamin d.d. Kocevje comprises plastics, plastic profiles, plates, sheets, tubes, as well as paints, varnishes and other chemical products.
The company exports 80% of its products to 39 countries around the globe, mainly in the European Union.
Shares of Melamin d.d. Kocevje are traded on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE).
