Bratislavska teplarenska, a. s., was founded in 2001 as a successor of Zapadoslovenske energeticke zavody Bratislava. The company is the central heating plant in the Slovak capital. The company covers about 45% of the heat supplying market in Bratislava. Besides heat and electric power generation it assures also economic operation of centralised heat supplying systems.
