NOWACO Slovakia s.r.o. was established in 1996 as daughters company of NOWACO Czech Republic s.r.o. NOVAKO Slovakia is a part of NOVAKO Group, a member of worldwide known multinational corporation Bidvest. There arose further distribution branches in Slovakia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Latvia and in St. Petersburg, Russia. NOWACO became known worldwide in the area of export, import, manufacture and distribution of food products and agricultural crops, operating on three continents. There are branches in Slovakia: Presov, Kosice, Banska Bystrica, Nitra, Trnava, Trencin, Bratislava and Zilina. The company changed the business name to Bidvest Slovakia s. r. o. this year, 2012.
