PORFIX - porobeton, a. s., Zemianske Kostolany is a company of porous concrete manufacturing within Slovakia and the Czech Republic. They nowadays make an integrated construction system consisting of blocks (full, with handgrip, with feather and handgrip), partition wall blocks, lintels, U-profiles, roof joists, and ceiling panels. In March 2006, PORFIX – porobeton obtained a fifty per cent of the shares of the Czech company Porobeton Trutnov, a.s. By late 2008, upon buying the remaining shares, the company PORFIX - porobeton became the sole shareholder of the company. The producer of construction materials Porobeton Trutnov, a.s. was officially transformed into PORFIX CZ a.s. on February 16, 2010.
