ProCS, s.r.o. is an engineering company providing integrated services and "tailor-made" system solutions to customers in the area of industrial automation. ProCS, s.r.o., established on 28th May 1992, has its roots in the Industrial Automation Division of Duslo Sala which was a state-owned company. As of February 2007 Vinci Energies, an established international group, became the new majority shareholder of ProCS, s.r.o. Since 2007 the company ProCS is also a part of the Actemium network in the frame of the VINCI Energies business unit. ProCS has implemented and continues to maintain quality management systems in compliance with the ISO 9001:2008 international standard, Environmental Management System (EMS) certified according to ISO 14001:2004 and the Health and Safety Management System certified according to requirements of OHSAS 18001:2008 by SGS Slovakia.
