ORLEN Unipetrol Slovakia s. r. o. is a company located in Bratislava, Slovakia. It was established by acquiring shares from Shell, Conoco, and Česká rafinérska Slovakia. The company's main goal is to sell refinery products produced by ORLEN Unipetrol and Orlen in the Slovak Republic. It achieves this through the sale of motor diesel and automotive gasoline, as well as LPG, asphalt, and other refinery products. The company employs 45 permanent employees and has an annual turnover of around half a billion euros, selling approximately 300,000 tons of refinery products in Slovakia. In 2011, the company expanded its sales of refinery products to Hungary. ORLEN Unipetrol Slovakia ranks among the top 40 companies in Slovakia in terms of turnover and is second in terms of labor productivity per employee. In 2016, Mogul Slovakia merged with ORLEN Unipetrol Slovakia. Mogul Slovakia was founded in 1997 by the Czech refinery company Koramo and was primarily involved in the import, distribution, and sale of Mogul brand oils and lubricants in Slovakia. After the merger of Paramo and Koramo in 2003, Paramo became the sole owner of Mogul Slovakia. As of 2021, ORLEN Unipetrol Slovakia is an authorized distributor of ORLEN OIL, a subsidiary of Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A.
