Newera Partners Limited (Eswatini)

Newera Partners Limited is a Swaziland-based company. The Company is a consultant in the area of Services for International Development, such as Corporate Social Responsibility (CRS) and Public Private Partnership (PPP), who focus on social, environmental and operational improvement. It supports multi-level community development with a broad range of advisory skills ranging from organizational diagnosis and matching CSR strategy to a facilitation of community networks. PPP is a transfer of risk and responsibility, from a state entity to the private sector, for a range of accepted fees under a contract that specifies key performance requirements. Recently the Company is engaged in a number of projects in West Africa, working with African and Nigerian companies as well as local governments and other organizations like NECA, SERA and HOPE worldwide.
During the ficsal year ended June 30, 2006, the Company acquired an additional 95% stake in Mawana Investments (Proprietary) Limited and an additional 75% stake in Select Management Services (Proprietary) Limited. Mawana Investments (Proprietary) Limited and Select Management Services (Proprietary) Limited became the wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company.
