Frasers Property Thailand Industrial Freehold & Leasehold REIT (FTREIT) is a real estate investment trust (REIT) based in Bangkok, Thailand. It was established on 12 December, 2014, with registered capital of Baht 3,425 million. FTREIT was listed on the Securities Exchange of Thailand (SET) on 9 January, 2015. FTREIT's investment portfolio consists of 676 units of factories and warehouses, covering an area of over 2.20 million sq.m. These properties are located in key industrial areas of Thailand, including Ayutthaya, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, and the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC). The properties are leased to world-class companies from various industries, such as automotive, logistics, electronics, retail, and e-commerce. The average occupancy rate of these assets is around 86%. As of 30 June 2023, the fair value of FTREIT's properties was over Baht 48,011.8 million. FTREIT has been assigned an 'A/Stable' credit rating, which is the highest rating among all REITs in Thailand. The Trustee of FTREIT is BBL Asset Management Co. Ltd., and the REIT Manager is Frasers Property Industrial REIT Management (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Frasers Property (Thailand) Plc. and Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd. serve as the Property Manager, while Thailand Securities Depository Company Limited acts as the Trust Registrar.
