The company’s Distributorship segment involves in the distribution of passenger cars and 4X4 vehicles, used cars, motorcycles, spare parts, as well as provision of automobile rental, sale and after sale, and parts services; and distribution of earth moving and construction equipment under the Caterpillar, Terex O&K, Mantsinen, Metso, Thwaites, Atlas Copco, and Challenger brands. This segment also offers rental, used equipment sale, and after sale services; and distributes diesel gen-sets, marine engines and gen-sets, cogeneration plants, and products for petroleum and industrial applications. Its Energy segment operates hydro, coal, and wind power projects. The company’s Logistics segment provides third party logistics services comprising transportation, distribution, warehousing, international transportation, ship chartering, custom clearance, and other added value services; cross-border logistics services; and port services, such as professional project planning, general cargo, container, PCC or RO-RO port, and terminal services. In addition, it engages in the production of valves and valve accessories for internal combustion engines. The company was founded in 1944 and is based in Istanbul, Turkey.
