Is Leasing and was founded in 1988 as partnership project of Turkıye Is bankasi, Turkiye Sinai Kalkinma Bankasi, International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Société Générale. In 1995 IFC and Société Générale transferred their shares to Isbank. Nowadays the company offers Its leasing services through the wide spread branches of Isbank. From March 2000 the shares of the company are traded on Borsa Istanbul.
