Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası was founded in 2005 following the merger of the companies Family Finans and Anadolu Finans, parts of Boydak and Ulker Groups, two leading large groups in Turkey. 60% of the shares of Türkiye Finans, now serving over 1 million customers at over 250 branches and with more than 4,000 employees, was acquired in 2008 by The National Commercial Bank (NCB), the largest bank in Saudi Arabia and one of the leading banks in the Middle East. Further flourished by this great power combined with the Boydak and Ulker Groups under the new partnership, Turkiye Finans maintains its vision of becoming a leading participation bank.
