The company was established as a food supplier in 1969 in Samsun, Turkey. It began the construction of its first flour mill in 1989 and put it in production in 1991 with wheat processing capacity of 180 tons per day. Nowadays Ulusoy Un has two factories in Samsun and Tekirdag, with total wheat milling capacity of 900 tons per day. In addition the company has facilities with 100,000 tons of grain storage capacity.
