The company was established in March 8, 1995 engaged in the manufacturing and trading business of various plastic products, plastic materials, plastic mold and electronic components .In July 1997,it invested in BVI Dongsheng International Limited dealing with the mold design, production, injection molding, painting, printing and assembly and became Dongpu subsidiary. In August 1999,Dongpu Company passed the TUVISO-9002 international quality certification. In January 2000, it developed LCD cell phone and the backlight panel mold of LCM (Light-Guide) which were in volume production. In May, it invested in BVI "Tung Hing International Limited. working as Dongpu subsidiary. In June, it invested in Changhua County Litas Industrial Co., Ltd..In July,Tung Hing International Littre-invested in SAMOA Dongyu International Limited. working as Tung Hing subsidiary. In January 2001, Dongpu Industrial Co., Ltd. changed its name to Dongpu Precision Optical Co., Ltd. In January 2003, Dongte International Co., Ltd. changed its name to Dong Yu Mold Technology Co., Ltd. In March, it established Dongchuang International Development Center. In June, the company went listed.
