The company was established in 1993. It was originally the integrated electronic component distributor dealing with electronic related components. It went public in 2003.In 2004 the company branched out into semi-conductor manufacturing. In 2006 it undertook Mitsubishi's Day Plant and branched out into manufacturing. In 2006 the business mainly covers the passive components which were based on Youyi MLCC(MLCC).The company's agency brand and its own brand (Matsuki) went parallel. In July 2006 it set up joint venture with Pine Precision Ceramic Co., Ltd. mainly producing and selling polymer solid capacitors. In August 2006 it set up joint venture with technical teams to establish Lux technology to design analog IC products such as POWERIC and MOSFET.
