The company was established in November 1989. In 1990 it developed the first people to go abroad with automatic cutter-type multifunction F-900 fax machines. In 1993 it obtained sales agent of Sanyo wireless phone in Taiwan. In 1994 it went public and passed ISO-9002 quality certification by the Commodity Inspection Bureau . In 1996 it went listed. Glasses Division was established in 1998.In 1999 it changed its name to the island for Optical Technology Co., Ltd.. In 2000,Science and Technology Division was replaced by the franchised glasses Division. In 2001 the board of directors was reorganized and Mr. Cai Guozhou was elected chairman. The main products of the company-owned stores with the strategic alliance are frames, lenses, contact lenses and solution.
