The company was established on July 17, 1991,engaging in the production and sales of plastic injection molding machines. In April 1996 its FT Series obtained European safety mark CE-MARK certification; in June it obtained ISO-9001 quality certification. In July 1997 it was approvedfor public release by Ministry of Finance; in September its HT series obtained CE-MARK certification. In January 1999 it invested and set up Dongguan Fu Chun Xin Company through BVI FCS Company. In December it set up Fu Chun Shin (Ningbo) Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd., jointy with Ningbo CSI Power & Machinery Group Company. In July 2002 it obtained ISO-9001:2000 certification. On December 25 2002, its stock went on Emerging trading.
