Genius Electronic Optical Co., Ltd. was established in February 8, 1990. In 1991 the company created composite lens. In1994 it developed a laser pointer. In 1995 it entered the field of photovoltaic research. In 1998 it passed the British SGSISO9002 certification. In 1999 it passed the British SGSISO9001 certification and introduced the lens IRCOATING technology. In 2000 and 2001,it developed the traditional camera 3x zoom lens and 1/4CCD 2001 digital camera lens. In 2002 it developed video-phone camera and put it into mass production. In the same year it passed the ISO14000 certification. The company plans to develop new products: mobile phone camera ZOOM lens, DLP and LCOS rear projection lens, high-end digital camera auto-focus lens and zoom lens and virtual keyboard lens.
