Good Friend Industry is the first and the ultimate holding company of the Group. It was established at March 1978 in Taiwan. Its 75% assets shifted in investment. Good Friend International Holding Inc. was established in September 2005 and listed at Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in January 2008. The Group manufactures and sells CNC machine tools, designs and constructs three-dimension parking facilities, and assembles forklift trucks. It has bases in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Hangzhou. Good Friend International Holding Inc. issue TDR. In 18th March 2009, Major revenue of the company is from the sale of CNC machine tools. Its main market is China. Its customers are Chinese automotive and machinery companies. The top three major customers in the first half of 2009 are Shandong Lungi machinery, Hangman Automobile, and Hangzhou general machinery, etc. Products of the company mainly use the controller, molds, cutting tools, engine and steel, etc. Major suppliers are the Beijing Fanuc and Mitsubishi Electric (controller suppliers).There are other suppliers, such as Zhuolong precision, Jun Bang (Hangzhou) and etc. Purchase sources are fairly stable.
