Founded in 1968, Sincere Navigation Corp. started out from a a portable (HANDYSIZE) ton bulk carrier and has a number of portable carriers, Banamaji (PANMAXSIZE), Channel-type (CAPESIZE) and self-unloading bulk carriers. So far, its fleet have reached more than 1.8 million dwt. As its subsidiaries, NORLEY CORPORATION INC. and HEYWOOD LIMITED was founded in 1989 and 2001 respectively, registered in Liberia and the Marshall Islands. Their main purpose is to expand the market and establish the global shipping network. In addition, in order to expand the transport capacity, the company was building a new carrier with 300,000 tons capacity in South Korea's Daewoo Shipbuilding and three bulk cargo ships with 170 thousand tons capacity in the Chinese shipbuilding. By then the parent company and its subsidiaries will have a total of 18 ships and a total deadweight of up to 270 million tones. As a company with long history, it has the modern bulk carriers. Its main business is to transport bulk materials such as bulk ore and coal.
