Formerly known as Tianshuo Information Co., Ltd., the company was established on August 3, 1998. On October 15, 1998, the company changed the name into Softstar Enterainment Inc., whose predecessor was Daewoo Corp, set up on April 1 1998 and dissolved on September 10 1998. The company acquired the assets and liabilities of its Predecessor, employed its existed R & D results and human resources, and continued its businesses. In July 1999 its stock was approved of public offering of stock by the Securities and the company applied for OTC counseling. In June 2000, it established Softstar International INC., holding 100% stake. On August16 2002, it merged formally with Daewoo Global Network Technology Co., Ltd. After the merging, the company became the general distributer of Daewoo Global’s online games.
