Tycoons Worldwide Group (Thailand) Plc is a Thailand-based company engaged in the manufacture and distribution of wire rods, annealed wires, screws and bolts. The Company’s production capacity of wire rods, annealed wires, screws and bolts are 360,000, 144,000, 36,000 and 36,000 tons per year respectively. Its production plant is located in Rayong province. Wire rods are used as raw materials to produce the downstream-related products, such as personal computer (PC) wires, PC strands, wire meshes, screws, nails and automobile parts, among others. Its products are distributed to both domestic and overseas markets, including the United States, Europe and Asia. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had one subsidiary named All Manage International Limited, which is a holding company incorporated in British Virgin Islands. On September 14, 2011, the Company set up a new subsidiary named TY Steel Co Ltd, of which the Company holds 95% shares, to manufacture and sell raw material of billet.
