NPP Radiy is a Ukrainian company, founded in 1954. The main activity of the company between 1954 and 1963 was the production load speakers and household appliances. Since 1963, the company started to produce units of dynamic speakers for home radio appliances. In 1971, after reconstruction, the company began producing equipment for TV centers. In 1976, the company developed the production of TV transmitters and in 1977 - the production of equipment for TV-complexes, that have been used for television and radio broadcasting of the Olympic Games in Moscow in 1980. In total, the company produced 116 technical studio television stations, 43 mobile television stations and more than 600 sets of equipment for comment studios.
