The company disposes of agrotechnical, technological and intellectual resources, which are exclusive for Ukraine, and also performs the complete cycle wine-making characteristic of such enterprises. The whole technological process: from cultivation of grapes till the ready wine bottling is regulated by a unified control system.
The structure includes over 2,530 hectares of vineyards located in three climatic micro-regions of Ovidiopolsky and Saratsky Districts of Odessa Region Ukraine, two factories of primary winemaking, three production shops of sparkling wines and champagnes, a technological base for secondary winemaking, with a capacity of 2 million dal. per year consisting of the tank park, two shops for wine seasoning in the oak tare and six bottling lines.
