Banco Activo, C.A. Banco Universal is a financial institution located in the Distrito Metropolitano de Caracas. It was originally established in 1978 as Banco Hipotecario Oriental and later became Banco Hipotecario Activo. In 2006, a new group of shareholders transformed the bank into Banco Comercial, introducing a new concept focused on financial agility and personalized attention to improve the quality of life for its clients. In 2008, the bank underwent another transformation and became Banco Universal, with the goal of creating a bank that listens to its customers. Since then, Banco Activo, C.A. Banco Universal has experienced focused growth, offering standard banking products and services with a competitive advantage. The bank has developed a Sales Channel structure to cater to different customer segments based on their needs, as well as a Service Channel structure that complements the sales process effectively.
