- In December 2010, Tra Vinh Water Supply and Drainage Company was transformed into Tra Vinh Water Supply and Drainage Company Limited and came into operation on 01 January 2011.
- On 2016-07-12, Tra Vinh Water Supply and Drainage Company Limited officially became Tra Vinh Water Supply and Drainage JSC.
