Phu Son Livestock Joint Stock Company (Vietnam)

Phu Son Livestock Joint Stock Company, located in Bien Hoa, was established in March 1976. It was initially known as Phu Son Pig Breeding State and operated as an independent accounting unit under Dong Nai Agricultural Company. In 1984, it merged with Dong Nai Livestock Company. However, in July 1994, it separated from Dong Nai Livestock Company and became an independent accounting unit named Phu Son Pig Breeding Enterprise. In December 1994, the company acquired Long Thanh Pig Breeding Enterprise, and in January 1997, it acquired Dong Phuong Pig Breeding Enterprise. In October 2005, the company also acquired Dong Nai Chicken Breeding Enterprise. On October 1, 2005, Phu Son Livestock Joint Stock Company was established as a result of the conversion of the state-owned enterprise, Phu Son pig breeding enterprise. The company's leadership has changed over the years, with Mr. Tran Buu Hien serving as the Director of Phu Son Pig Farming State from 1976 to October 1982, followed by Ms. Luong Thu Nursing as the Director from November 1982 to June 1984. Mr. Vu Quang Khai then served as the Director of Phu Son Pig Breeding Enterprise from July 1984 to April 2003. From May 2003 to September 2013, Mr. Le Van Manh was the Chairman Director of Phu Son Livestock Joint Stock Company. Since October 2013, Mr. Ha Van Son has been serving as the Director of the company.
