-2009: Established Vinaconex Water Limited Company under the Decision 0182/2009/QD-HDQT on March 21, 2009 of the General Vinaconex Joint Stock Corporation.
Transformed into Vinaconex Water Joint Stock Company under Decision 0661/QD-HDQT on September 22, 2009 of the Board of the Vietnam Vinaconex Import-Export and Construction Corporation.
2016: The company shares were first listed on Hanoi Upcom Securities Trading Center under the symbol VCW
2018: Renamed into Song Da water Investment Joint Stock Company on February 7, 2018.
