DRH Holdings Joint Stock Company (stock code: DRH) was established in 2006 with a charter capital of 16.35 billion VND. The company operates in the real estate and financial investment sectors. In a short period of time, the charter capital has increased to 50 billion VND. DRH Holdings aims to build a solid and professional management foundation and has invested in establishing a comprehensive quality management system. In July 2007, the company was certified with ISO 9001:2000 quality management system, which was upgraded to ISO 9001:2008 in July 2010. By April 2007, the charter capital was increased for the second time to 80 billion VND, and by 2009, after three more capital increases, DRH Holdings had a capital of 149.9 billion VND. In March 2010, after four years of establishment, the company was recognized by the State Securities Commission as eligible to become a public company. In July 2010, the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange approved the official listing of all 14.99 million shares on the HOSE. On July 26, 2010, the company's shares were officially listed on the HOSE. On April 6, 2016, the charter capital of DRH Holdings was increased to 490 billion VND through private placement for 25 strategic investors. In 2018, the charter capital was further increased to 609.9 billion VND through the issuance of shares from the owner's capital and employee stock ownership plan (ESOP). By the end of 2018, the owner's capital of DRH Holdings reached 771 billion VND.
