2010: The Company was converted to One Member Company Limited under decision number 264/QD-UBND issued Binh Dinh People s Committee on June 23, 2010, operates under the business license registration number 4100259564 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Dinh Province on September 1, 2010.
