The Company specializes in manufacturing, selling, exporting and importing of pharmaceuticals, herbal medicines, chemicals, raw materials for pharmaceutical industry, medical devices, oriental medicines and stem cells banking.
The Company was found in 1975. Headquarters: 297/5 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Ward 15, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City.
THE MAIN BUSINESS:
-Production and sales, import and export of pharmaceutical products, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, pharmaceutical raw materials, medical devices.
-Production of packaging for pharmaceutical use (plastic bottles, paper box, carton ...).
-Production and sales in food technology (excluding production and processing of fresh food).
-Segway rental buildings, office.
-Stem cells banking.
HISTORY:
1975: Central Pharmaceutical 24 Enterprise is established, the member units of the Vietnam Pharmaceutical Corporation.
1985: Enterprise merged with the Central Pharmaceutical 22 Factory, renamed Central Pharmaceutical 24 - MEKOPHAR Factory.
2001: According to Decision No. 1589 / QD-TTg on December 19, 2001 of the Prime Minister on on the equitization of Central Pharmaceutical 24 - MEKOPHAR Factory (the member units Pharmaceutical Corporation Vietnam). The company was officially renamed Mekophar Chemical Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company.
2010: Company official trading on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange on June 2, 2010 with the stock code MKP .
2012: On July 12, 2012 the company canceled the transaction listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange.
2018: The Company s shares were listed on Hanoi Upcom Securities Trading Center under the symbol MKP
