2005: Changed the operation model to one-member state-owned limited liability company, changed the company name to Binh Dinh Food Limited Liability Company.
2007: Changed the operation model to joint stock company with 51 initial registered capital belong to the goverment, changed the company name to Binh Dinh Food Joint Stock Company under Decision number 187/QD-HDQT on November 7, 2007.
2017: Shares of the Company are listed on the UPC, stock code BLT . First transaction on July 10, 2017
