1960: Renamed as Restroom accordance with Decision No. 893 TC / CB dated 13 June 1960 of the Chairman of the People s Committee of Thanh Hoa town.
1964: Changed its name to the Town Hall according to Decision No. 491 TCDC / UBTH dated June 12, 1964 Chairman of Thanh Hoa People s Committee.
1977: Renamed as Thanh Hoa Town Public Works Management Company in accordance with the Decision No. 834 / QD-UBTH dated August 8, 1977 of the Chairman of the People s Committee of Thanh Hoa town.
1994: Renamed as Thanh Hoa Urban Environment and Construction Company by Decision No. 206 / QD-UBTH on March 10, 1994.
