Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No. 2, located in Dong Nai, was established on October 14, 1992. Initially known as Industrial Civil Construction Company No. 2, it was a state-owned enterprise under the Department of Construction of Dong Nai province. From 1992 to 1996, the company completed various large-scale constructions, such as the Victory Monument in Long Khanh Town and the headquarters of People's Committee and District Committee of Dinh Quan District. The company also transformed its model into a joint stock company and was renamed Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No. 2.
