SCI Joint Stock Company, located in Ha Noi, was established on August 19, 2003, as Song Da 909 Joint Stock Company. In 2006, the company was listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange, marking a new phase of development as a public company. SCI has been involved in the construction of national-scale hydropower projects and has gained experience in construction and project management. In 2014, the state shares were divested, increasing the company's flexibility and allowing for proactive restructuring. In 2015, the company was renamed SCI Joint Stock Company and expanded its business scale. It acquired controlling shares of Song Da 9 Construction and Investment JSC and established SCI Lai Chau JSC. In 2016, SCI began investing in clean energy projects and established SCI PMC Joint Stock Company for engineering consultation and project management. In 2019, SCI expanded internationally and commenced construction on various hydropower and wind farm projects. By the end of 2022, SCI had increased its chartered capital and ranked as a top enterprise in the construction sector in Vietnam. The company's vision is to be a pioneering enterprise in Asia for renewable energy, environment, and infrastructure projects. Its mission is to contribute to building a civilized and sustainable society. SCI focuses on developing and executing clean energy projects and offers consultancy services.
