2006: Kien Giang Trade and Tourism Company was established in June, 28th, 2006 under the Decision No. 1033/QD-UBND by People s Committee of Kien Giang Prov. based on the merger between two companies called Kien Giang Trading Company and Kien Giang Tourist Company and operates under the Business Registration Certificate No. 5606000002 issued by Department of Planning and Investment of Kien Giang Prov on October, 25, 2006.
2010: Changed name Kien Giang Trade and Tourism Company Limited under the Decisioon No. 1387/QD-UBND on June, 24, 2010 by People s Committee of Kien Giang Prov.
2017: The company changed its name to Kien Giang Trading Joint Stock Company on August 1, 2017
2018: The Company s shares were listed on Hanoi Upcom Securities Trading Center since June 22, 2018 under the symbol KTC
