Que Phong Hydropower Joint Stock Company is located in Que Phong district, Nghe An province. The company was established from the predecessor of Ban Coc Hydropower Project Management Board under Hanoi Construction Corporation. It was created with the aim of diversifying ownership and production diversification. The founding shareholders of the company include Hanoi Construction Corporation, Post Office Finance Company, Electricity and Water Erection and Construction Joint Stock Company, Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, Lung Lot 2 Construction Joint Stock Company, Hanoi Technology Design Consulting Co., Ltd., and Hoang Long Co., Ltd. The company's main business lines include investment in the construction of hydroelectric, civil, industrial, and irrigation transport projects, real estate business, electricity production and trading, tourism, hotel and travel services, producing, processing, buying and selling construction materials, afforestation, processing and trading of forest products, exploration, exploitation, processing, purchase and sale of minerals, vocational training in hydroelectric power plant operation, repair and maintenance of hydroelectric power plants, and construction of transmission lines and substations up to 220kV. The legal representative of the company is Mr. Doan Kim Dong, who holds the position of General Director. The company is currently implementing projects such as the Swallow Hydropower Plant and the Cua Lo tourism and service project.
