Cong Ty Co Phan Van Tai Bien Vinaship is a shipping company located in Hai Phong municipality, Vietnam. It was established on March 10, 1984, under Decision No. 694/QD-TCCB of the Minister of Transport. On March 23, 1993, the Ministry of Transport re-established the company under Decision No. 1993/QD-TCCB. It is a Grade I State-owned enterprise, operating under the Vietnam Maritime Corporation and registered with the Hai Phong Department of Planning and Investment. On October 24, 2010, the Ministry of Transport approved the transformation of III Shipping Company into VINASHIP Shipping Joint Stock Company. The company was officially established on December 21, 2012, with a total charter capital of VND 2006 billion, with the State holding 200% of the capital. Throughout its more than 35 years of history, the company has achieved significant success in production and business, making significant contributions to the socialist construction and defense of Vietnam.
