History:
THAI BINH PETROVIETNAM OIL JOINT STOCK COMPANY was formerly known as Thai Binh Petroleum Company, directly under the General Department of Petroleum, now the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group. In April 1994, it was merged into Thai Binh Petroleum Technical Services Joint Stock Company and was called Thai Binh Petroleum Service Enterprise. In April 2007, changed to Thai Binh Petroleum Service a member Limited Company - Thai Binh PTSC. In June 2009, Thai Binh PTSC was merged into PV Oil Corporation and changed its name to Thai Binh Petro Petroleum Service a member Limited Company - Thai Binh PV Oil. On November 30, 2010, the company changed its form of operation into a joint stock company called Thai Binh PetroVietNam Oil Joint Stock Company.
Shares of the company was listed on UPCoM Stock Exchange with stock code POB on September 29, 2017.
