Construction Joint Stock Company No. 9, also known as VINACONEX-9, is a Grade I enterprise under Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation (vinaconex). It was established on the basis of merging Construction Enterprise No. 9 and K3 Site Porter Team. In 1995, Construction Company No. 9 moved to Vietnam Construction Import and Export Corporation – Vinaconex. In 2004, it was converted into Construction Joint Stock Company No. 9 with an initial charter capital of VND 9 billion. The company is listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange with a current charter capital of VND 120 billion.
