Visicons Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Vinaconex6 Joint Stock Company, is a construction and investment company located in Hanoi, Vietnam. It was established on August 6, 1991, under the name Construction Company No. 6 - VINASICO, under the Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation (VINACONEX). The company's main task is the contract construction of civil engineering, industrial, and urban engineering projects. Initially, the company had a workforce of 38 people, mainly cooperative workers returning from Iraq and Eastern European countries. The company's headquarters is located at 34 Lang Ha Street in Hanoi. Over the years, the company underwent several name changes, including VINACONCO6 and VICIMEX, before becoming Vinaconex6 Joint Stock Company. On January 18, 2008, the company's stock was listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange. In April 2016, Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation (VINACONEX) ceased to be a shareholder of Vinaconex6 Joint Stock Company. On April 27, 2018, the company changed its name to Visicons Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company. In March 2019, MAEDA CORPORATION, a Japanese construction corporation, became a major shareholder of Visicons. The company focuses on sustainable growth and development, with construction and installation as a key field and real estate investment as a spearhead field. Their mission is to be a top strong construction company and a prestigious contractor and professional real estate investor.
